How to Make
First, start by seasoning your chicken. Next, add a little oil to the Instant Pot to sear the chicken. This will add tons of flavor to your chicken.

Add the ingredients listed in the recipe card along with the liquid and pressure cook for 10 minutes to thoroughly cook the chicken.
Then, once the chicken is done, you will remove and shred the chicken. You can use two forks to shred or meat claws.

Next, turn the saute mode on. Push your ramen into the broth that is in the pot. Saute until the noodles are softened. Don’t overcook.
Finally, dish up the ramen, add in chicken and your favorite ramen toppings, and enjoy. Add this and our other soup recipes to your meal plan rotation. Try our Thai Chicken soup and our ‘Cheeseburger’ Soup. Both are Alpha-Gal friendly and absolutely delicious.
Traditional ramen noodles are not gluten-free. Opt for gluten-free ramen or rice noodles.
To make it vegan, use vegetable broth and plant-based protein, and skip the eggs.
Freezing ramen is not recommended, as the noodles become mushy when thawed.
Add vegetables like carrots, spinach, or snap peas to enhance the dish’s nutritional profile.
Enjoy a bowl of this warm and comforting Alpha-Gal-safe Instant Pot ramen!
